Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím analýzy nestrukturovaných dat pro měření kvality služeb. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of unstructured data for measuring the quality of services. Basic theoretical knowledge from the field of natural language processing is presented, which is subsequently used for experiments in the areas of thematic modeling and sentiment analysis.
