Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konflikty a na jejich způsob řešení. Cílem bylo zjistit do jaké míry využívají pracovníci společnosti k řešení svých problémů asertivitu a zda je tento způsob přínosem také pro firmu. V praktické části bakalářské práce byla provedena výzkumná sonda, na které se podílelo 50 respondentů. Vyhodnocené otázky mi mají potvrdit nebo vyvrátit stanovené cíle.
Abstract:
The Bachelor`s work is aimed to conflicts and the ways of their resolution. The objective was to find out to what extent employees make use of assertivity to solve their problems and if this approach also contributes to the company.
