Abstract:

V současné době se stal problém nezaměstnanosti velmi vážným nejen ekonomickým problémem, ale také problémem sociálním ve většině zemí po celém světě. Nezaměstnanost je druh ekonomického fenoménu, který se nevyhýbá žádné zemi s tržním mechanismem. Vysoká nezaměstnanost ohrožuje ekonomickou prosperitu a sociální stabilitu. Podle názorů psychologů ohrožuje nezaměstnanost stejným způsobem nejen lidi bez práce, ale také jejich rodiny. Vlivem působení duálních účinků ekonomiky a důvěry jsou jednotlivci náchylní k duševním poruchám a jiným negativním emocím. Nezaměstnanost je ve všech zemích považována za velmi vážný sociální problém. Tato práce identifikuje a analyzuje současnou situaci dané problematiky v obou zemích a přichází s návrhy, jak tuto stresující situaci řešit, vzhledem k tomu, že se týká nejen nezaměstnaných, ale také jejich rodin, firem včetně důsledků a dopadů, které na všechny, kterých se týká, má. Každé řešení, každý model, který může být při řešení nezaměstnanosti použit, vyžaduje důkladné zvážení a hlubokou analýzu všech faktorů působících na nezaměstnanost. Existuje bezpočet literárních zdrojů, které se tímto tématem zabývají. Pro účely této práce byly vybrány některé z nich a bude provedena jejich kvalitativní literární rešerše.

Abstract:

In recent years, the unemployment problem has become increasingly serious, has become a very prominent problem in the economic and social life of all countries, but also the focus of the whole society. Unemployment is a kind of economic phenomenon, any country that implements market economy system is inevitable. Excessive unemployment threatens economic prosperity and social stability. According to psychologists' estimates, unemployment affects people as much as their families. Under the dual effects of the economy and confidence, individuals prone to mental and spiritual anxiety and other negative emotions. Unemployment as a result, the countries all over the world are regarded as the most serious social problem. This thesis identifies and analysis current situation in both countries and comes with the proposals how to cope with this stressful situation affecting many employees, their families, firms and all circumstances and impacts. Any solution, any model that can be implemented needs in-depth analysis of all factors affecting unemployment. There is a substantial amount of literature on coping with unemployment. I selected some of them and did their targeted research aiming in specification of ways how to solve it.
