Abstract:
Rostoucí emancipace žen na trhu práce způsobuje ženám potíže se sloučením jejich pracovních a rodičovských rolí. Tato práce se zabývá možností vyřešení tohoto problému větším zapojením otců do péče o děti a domácnost. The growing emancipation of women on the labour market causes problems in reconciling their professional and parental roles. The present thesis discusses possible solutions to this problem by involving fathers in childcare and household care.
