V první kapitole diplomové práce se zabývám zaměstnaností žen a vymezuji pojem zvláštní pracovní podmínky žen. Druhá kapitola popisuje vývoj zvláštních pracovních podmínek žen, a to i s ohledem na úpravu pracovní doby a dětské práce.
