Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo nastudovat tématiku homologních proteinů, navrhnout a vytvořit metodiku pro jejich vyhledávání v PDB a poté demonstrovat použitelnost navrženého řešení na konkrétním případě. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to study the topic of homologous proteins, propose and implement methodics on how to find them and tne demonstrate the practicabillity of the methodics on a particular example.
