Quality factors of tourism in spa destination Luhačovice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb v lázeňské destinaci Luhačovice. Cílem práce je identifikace faktorů kvality služeb a zjištění jejich významnosti pro návštěvníka v lázních Luhačovice. Na základě vyhodnocených výsledků získaných pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu je navrhnuto doporučení pro poskytovatele služeb této destinace.

The bachelor thesis is focused on quality of services in spa destination Luhačovice. The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors of the service quality and find out the significance of individual quality of service factors for the visitor in the spa Luhačovice.
