Stresová signalizace reguluje proteiny kritické pro přeprogramování metabolické biosyntézy a genové exprese, aby bylo dosaženo homeostázy a buněčné stability za stresových podmínek. Stress signaling pathway regulates proteins which are critical for reprogramming of metabolic synthesis and gene expression to achieve homeostasis and cellular stability under stress conditions. Accessibility: Nesouhlasím se zveřejněním práce dle Směrnice č. 3/2018 - Zveřejňování vysokoškolských závěrečných prací z důvodu ochrany výsledných dat získaných ve spolupráci s partnerskou institucí University of Nebraska Lincoln USA, která mě zavázala mlčenlivostí. Žádám o odložení zveřejnění práce v plném rozsahu tj. jak v elektronické, tak tištěné formě na maximálně možnou dobu 3 let.

I request to postpone the publication of the work in a full extent, in electronic and printed form for a maximum of 3 years.
