Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozbor a právní analýzu ochrany výrobků proti napodobování, popisuje jednotlivá práva duševního vlastnictví, resp. případné jiné způsoby ochrany, se zaměřením na jeho název, logo s ním spojené nebo vzhled výrobku a jeho obalu.
