Stěžejním tématem magisterské práce jsou strategie, kterými se lidé v pozdní fázi kariéry vyrovnávají se ztrátou zaměstnání. Teoretická část práce vymezuje změny probíhající na trhu práce, zaměřuje se na hodnoty přikládané práci a potřeby vykonáváním práce uspokojované, popisuje ukazatele spokojenosti v práci, nezaměstnanost, pocity s ní spojené a sociální oporu. The main topic of this master’s thesis is usage of strategies which people in late career undergo when coping with job loss. The theoretical part defines the changes in the labor market, focusing on the value attached to work and perform work needs met, describes the characteristics of job satisfaction, unemployment, feelings associated with the unemployment, and social welfare.
