Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za úkol identifikovat úsporný potenciál inovace výrobního procesu z pohledu ekonomické efektivity a zjišťuje, zda je pro společnost výhodné nahrazení pracovníků u svařovacích robotů automatizovanými manipulátory. Úsporný potenciál a efektivita jsou shledávány ve variabilních nákladech, kde úspora v rámci investičního horizontu 1-10 let je 51 771 000 Kč., s efektivitou 102,41 % a v horizontu 1-20 let je úspora 106 191 000 Kč., s efektivitou 102,37 %. Další úspora je v zisku po zdanění kde v období 1-10 let je úspora 2 460 000 Kč., a efektivita 103 %. V období 1-20 let je úspora v zisku 46 699 000 Kč., a efektivita 121 %. Úspora Cash Flow je v období 1-10 let 48 460 000 Kč., a efektivita 138 % a v období 1-20 let je úspora 92 699 000 Kč., a efektivita 133 %. Práce dále zjišťuje, že NPV investičního projektu při diskontní sazbě 15 % je 42 880 000 Kč. IRR je 40 % a DPP je 3 roky a 7 měsíců. V rizikovém scénáři jsou výsledky rovněž pozitivní NPV při diskontní sazbě 18 % je 7 317 000 Kč. IRR je 26 % a DPP je 5 let a 7 měsíců. Investice s porovnáním obou scénářů bude rovněž výhodná. Efektivita vědeckých metod je NPV 17 %. DPP 65 %. IRR 65 %. V případě, že porovnáváme původní scénář bez investice s rizikovým scénářem zjišťujeme, že by původní scénář byl výhodnější v případě, že by došlo při investici reálně na rizikový scénář. Efektivita zisku v tomto porovnání je v horizontu 1-10 let 3 % a v 1-20 let je 20 %. Přínosem práce jsou výstupy v porovnávání různých variant vůči sobě a tím je přesnější úhel pohledu na budoucí zvolenou investici. Dále je zřejmá výhodnost investice do automatizovaných robotů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis has a task identify savings potential of inovation production process from the perspective of economical efficiency and find out whether is for company conveniently replacement of workers at the welding robots by automatic manipulators. Savings potential and its effectiveness is found in the variable costs where is the savings in the horizon 1-10 years 51 771 000 CZK., with efficiency 102,41 % and in horizon 1-20 year is savings 106 191 000 CZK., with efficiency 102,37 %. Next savings is in profit after tax where is in the time of 1-10 year is savings 2 460 000 CZK., with efficiency 103 %. In the time of 1-20 year is savings in the profit 46 699 000 CZK., and efficiency 121 %. Savings of Cash Flow is in the time of 1-10 year 48 460 000 CZK., and efficiency 138 % in the time of 1-20 year is savings 92 699 000 CZK., and efficiency 133 %. This thesis further investigates that NPV of investment project at discount rate 15 % is 42 880 000 CZK. IRR is 40 % and DPP is 3 years and 7 months. In the risk scenario are results also positive and NPV with discount rate 18 % is 7 317 000 CZK. IRR is 26 % and DPP is 5 years and 7 months. Investment with compare of both scenario will be also advantageous. Efficiency scientific methods is NPV 17 %. DPP 65 %. IRR 65 %. In case that we will compare basic scenario without investment with compare of risk scenario we find out that basic scenario without investment would be better in case that risk scenario would be reality. Efficiency of profit in this case of compare these scenario is in horizon 1-10 year 3 % and in 1-20 year is 20 %. The main benefit of this thesis are outputs in compared different type of variants to each others and from this reason is more accurate of angel view for future chosen investment. Furthermore, the advantages is obvious to the automatisation of robots in the company.
