Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat aktuální situaci v oblasti plánovaní a rozpočtování společnosti poskytující služby rychlého občerstvení, navrhnout případné úpravy a doporučení k implementaci návrhu. Pro analýzu aktuální situace jsou v teoretické kapitole vybrány relevantní poznatky zahrnující systém plánů a rozpočtů, controlling jako správce systému plánů a rozpočtů a teoretické poznatky z oblasti franchisingu, který je pro vybranou společnost typický. Na základě analýzy, řízeného rozhovoru ve formě dotazníku s franšízovým ředitelem a teoretických východisek je v páté části navrhnuto řešení pro vybrané analyzované oblasti a následně jsou doplněna doporučení k implementaci návrhu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current situation in the planning and budgeting in a company providing fast food services, and to devise possible modifications and recommendations for the implementation of the proposal. For the analyze of current situation the theoretical part includes important sources of planning and budgeting system, controlling department as a department managing budgeting and theoretical sources of franchising which is a special aspect of the market. Based on analyzes, controlled interviews in the form of questionnaire with a franchise director and a theoretical basis, there is a proposal for solving problems for selected analyzes and adding recommendations for the implementation of the proposal.
