Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přímých daní v evropském právu. Čtenář je nejprve seznámen s daněmi jako takovými a s jejich rozdělením podle různých daňových systémů. Další části jsou již zaměřeny výhradně na daně přímé. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of direct taxes in European law. The reader is at first acquianted with taxes as a whole and it's distribution by various tax systems. Other parts are focused solely on direct taxes.
