The thesis deals with the translating process of postmodern theatre text Die Hamletmaschine by german poet and playwright Heiner Müller. Using theoretical concepts theater text by Gerda Poschmann, the process of literary translation by Jiří Levý and performativity of Müller's late texts by Katharina Keim, it shows, which poetical aspects of Müller's text should be taken in account during translation …more
