Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat podnikatelský záměr na založení nového rodinného westernového ranče s pravou westernovou restaurací. Bakalářská práce je tak rozdělena do čtyř částí. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for the establishment of a new family western ranch with a real western restaurant. The bachelor thesis is divided into four parts.
