Jako téma diplomové práce si autor vybral popis firemní kultury v nadnárodních společnostech a jejich pobočkách. Úvodem vymezuje pojem firemní kultura, její charakteristiku a důležitý význam pro firmy. V dalších dvou kapitolách definoval silnou firemní kulturu, její identitu a etiku.
