Diplomová práce pojednává o období stárnutí a stáří v životě člověka, o změnách které jej provázejí, o možnostech příprav na stáří. Její součástí je souhrn doporučení k přípravě na stárnutí a stáří. The thesis focuses on the period of ageing and old-age in human life, on the changes which this period is accompanied by and on possibilities of how to get prepared for senility. A set of recommendations for preparation for ageing and senility is included in the thesis.
