Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá studiem stability fytokanabinoidů inkorporovaných do lipidových nanostruktur a jejich cytotoxicitou na buněčné linii HepG2. The thesis deals with the stability of phytocannabinoids and their cytotoxicity in HepG2 cell line. The theoretical part contains basic information about cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.), general characteristics of phytocannabinoids and their use in medical fields.
