Women`s Attitude to Parental Leave System in Plaňany Region
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rodinami s malými dětmi, systémem rodičovské dovolené a ekonomickými a sociálními okolnostmi provázejícími péči o dítě. Práce je opřena o empirický výzkum a kompilaci odborných literatur k tématu rodičovské dovolené. Jádrem práce je vlastní výzkum, který zjišťuje názory matek na Plaňansku k systému rodičovské dovolené a k výši rodičovského příspěvku.
Abstract:
The work deals with families with babies, with parental leave system and with child care social circumstances. The work is supported by the empiric survey and by the compilation of specialized literature connected to parental leave. The core of the work is my own research, which finds out the opinions about the parental leave system and the rate of parental contribution of mothers in Plaňany region …more
