Possibilities of three-dimensional reconstructions in interventional radiology

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi trojrozměrných rekonstrukcí v intervenční radiologii. Cílem práce je posouzení využitelnosti trojrozměrných rekonstrukcí obrazu ve vztahu k používaným intervenčním metodám cévního systému. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána historie objevu X-záření a angiografie, dále základní zobrazovací metody cévního systému a největší pozornost je věnována digitální subtrakční angiografii. Nakonec se zabývá zpracováním dat v angiografii, zejména 3D rekonstrukcemi. V praktické části práce je použita metoda retrospektivní analýzy, kde jsou použita data vyšetřovaných pacientů za roky 2017, 2018, 2019 a 2020. Další součástí jsou kazuistiky tří pacientů, u kterých nastala komplikace během vyšetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of three-dimensional reconstructions in interventional radiology. The aim of the thesis is to assess the usability of three-dimensional image reconstructions in relation to the used interventional methods of the vascular system. The thesis is divided into two sections, a theoretical part, and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of the discovery of X-rays and angiography. This part also deals with the basic imaging methods of the vascular system and the greatest attention is paid to digital subtraction angiography. Finally, it deals with data processing in angiography, especially with 3D reconstructions. The practical part focuses on the use of the method of retrospective analysis. There are used the data of examined patients for the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. This part also contains case reports of three patients who experienced complications during the examination.
