Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práci je etika v podnikatelské činnosti. Podnikatelská etika je nejdůležitější stránkou morálky profesionálního chování podnikatele. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V první části práce je vysvětlen význam pojmu „etika“ stanovena její definici. Představené postuláty etiky v podnikatelské činnosti. Ukázaný prameny etiky, zda etika patří mezi nástroje podnikatelské činnosti. Ve druhé části je popsaná charakteristika restauraci „Monte Christo“, vytvořen etický kodex pro tuto společnost. Cílem této práce je vytvoření metodického přístupu tvorby etických kodexů a realizace tohoto přístupu v praxi na základě vědomostí, získaných studiem, vytvořením etického kodexu pro restauraci «Monte Christo» a věnováním tohoto kodexu této společností.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is ethics in business. Business ethics is the most important aspect of morality professional conduct entrepreneurs. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part explains the meaning of the term "ethics" determined its definition. Introduced postulates of ethics in business. Shown springs ethics that ethics are among the tools business. In the second part describes the characteristics of the restaurant "Monte Christo", created a code of ethics for this company. The aim of this work is to create a methodical approach to the development of codes of conduct and implementation of this approach in practice on knowledge gained from studying, creating a code of ethics for the restaurant «Monte Christo» and dedication of the Code of companies.
