Práce se zabývá právními aspekty nakládání s odpady a zaměřuje se především na povinnosti osob v odpadovém hospodářství. The thesis examines legal aspects of waste management with focus on duties of persons in waste management. Special emphasis is laid on conditions for management of electronic waste as a particular kind of waste.
