Tato práce pojednává o výstavbě panelového sídliště v Brně-Kohoutovicích jako příkladu proměny malé rolnické vsi v kopcích nad Brnem na klasické příměstské panelové sídliště. This thesis discusses the construction of prefabricated housing estate in Brno-Kohoutovice as an example transformation of small peasant village into classic suburban prefabricated housing estate. A short treatise of the origin and early days of prefabricated housing estate building in Europe, Czechoslovakia and Brno introduce the thesis.
