Cieľom práce je vyhodnotiť vplyv zákazu účasti spoločnosti Metrostav v súťaži o verejné zákazky v oblasti dopravnej infraštruktúry Českej republiky. V prvej časti práce sa venujem vymedzeniu udeleného zákazu pre spoločnosť, následne uvádzam prehľad relevantnej literatúry, popisujem trh výstavby dopravnej infraštruktúry a účastníkov na trhu.
