Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium vlivu vzdáleného červeného světla na expresi genů v signální dráze cytokininů. Ukázalo se, že exogenní aplikace cytokininů zvyšovala expresi genů primární odpovědi na cytokininy, a to ARR typu-A. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the study of the impact of far-red light on the expression of genes of the cytokinin signaling pathway. Our data show that exogenous application of cytokinins induced gene expression of the primary response to cytokinins, namely ARR type-A.
