Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem genderové diverzity v mezinárodních společnostech. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit teoriii a analyzovat genderovový diverzity management v podnicích a rovněž formovat tvorbu návrhů na jejich zlepšení.
