Cílem diplomové práce je porovnání úpravy následků porušení kupní smlouvy v českém občanském zákoníku a Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the consequences of breach in contract on sales of goods under Czech Civil Code and United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
