Abstract:

ROSENDORFOVÁ, N. Efektivní motivace brigádníků jako klíč k fungování pracovní agentury. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním nejmenované agentury práce. V literární rešerši bude popsán marketing služeb, marketingová komunikace, SWOT analýza. Bude se věnovat motivaci pracovníků, která může vést k uspokojení jejich potřeb. V části výsledky a diskuze bude rozebráno dotazníkové šetření, SWOT analýza a predikce vedoucí k minimalizaci neobsazených hodin. Cílem je z dosažených výsledků z vlastního šetření navrhnout možnosti, které by vedly k co největšímu množství odpracovaných směn agenturními brigádníky, které si firma od agentury práce objedná.

ROSENDORFOVÁ, N. Effective motivation of temporary workers as the key to the functioning of a job agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2024. The bachelor thesis focuses on the functioning of an unnamed employment agency. The literature review will describe service marketing, marketing commu-nication, and SWOT analysis. It will address employee motivation, which can lead to satisfying their needs. The results and discussion section will analyse the questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, and predictions aimed at minimizing unfilled hours. The goal is to propose options based on the achieved results of the own survey, which would lead to the maximum number of shifts worked by agency workers ordered by the company from the employment agency.
