The cost of the removal of environmental burdens - additional waterproofing masonry

Abstract:

Úkolem mé práce je stanovení nákladů na odstranění ekologické zátěže – dodatečnou hydroizolaci zdiva vybrané konkrétní budovy. Výběr vhodné metody dodatečné hydroizolace. Stanovení struktury a výčtu potřebných pracovních činností a stavebních konstrukcí, které budou podkladem k sestavení výkazu výměr a ten poté za pomoci oceňovacího software KROS Plus převeden do rozpočtu, kterým se stanoví náklady na dodatečnou hydroizolaci zdiva.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes costs on elimination of environmental burdens - additional waterproofing masonry specific build. Selection of appropriate methods. Determination of the structure and a list of required work activities and structures, which will be the basis for the preparation of bills of quantities and then with the help of the valuation software KROS Plus transferred to the budget, fixing the costs of additional waterproofing masonry.
