Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is Sterne's novel The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman (1759?1767), often labelled as a precursor of postmodernist literature owing to its very innovative features. Předmětem práce je Sternův román Život a názory blahodárného pana Tristrama Shandyho (1759?1767, jenž díky svým inovativním prvkům bývá často označován jako předchůdce postmoderní literatury.
