Principle of Disposition in Civil Proceedings
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o dispoziční zásadě v civilním řízení soudním. Předkládaná práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, přičemž první část pojednává o vývoji názorů na dispoziční zásadu a jejím uplatnění v klíčových právních předpisech občanského práva procesního, které v minulosti platily na území České repubilky. Abstract:
Construed Thesis deals with the Principle of Disposition in Civil Proceedings. The first part of this Diploma work includes a progress of the ideas of this principle and the second part disserts on current use of this principle in the Czech Civil Procedure, whereas an attention was given to contentious proceedings.
