Standard of nursing care of woman after cesarean delivery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nazvaná Standard ošetřovatelské péče u ženy po porodu císařským řezem je prací teoreticko-praktickou. V teoretické části se stručně zabýváme definicí císařského řezu, indikacemi, kontraindikacemi a ošetřovatelskou péčí před a po porodu. Dále se zabýváme úlohou porodní asistentky v účasti na péči o ženu po celou dobu hospitalizace. V praktické části jsme zpracovaly tři kazuistiky žen po porodu císařským řezem s indikací hrozící hypoxie plodu. Popisujeme zde poskytovanou péči formou ošetřovatelského procesu, kde využíváme ošetřovatelský model Gordonové a ošetřovatelských diagnóz dle taxonomie Nanda II. International. Na podkladě zpracovaných kazuistik jsme vypracovaly standard ošetřovatelské péče o ženu v patologickém šestinedělí po porodu císařským řezem a návrh ošetřovatelského auditu.

Abstract:

The thesis named ?The Standard of nursing care of woman after the delivery by the Caesarean? is a theoretical-practical work. In the theoretical part I was briefly concerned with the definition of the Caesarean, indications, contraindications and the nursing care before and after the childbirth. In addition to that I was concerned with the role of midwife in attendance on looking after a woman during the whole hospitalization. In the practical part I processed three casuistics of women after the delivery by the Caesarean with the indication of threatening hypoxis of the foetus. Here I describe provided care by the form of nursing process, where I use the Gordon Nursing Model and nursing diagnoses on the basis of NANDA II. International. On the base of processed casuistics I tried to work out the standard of nursing care after a woman in pathological puerperium after the delivery by the Caesarean and a proposition of the nursing audit.
