Abstract:

Diplomová práce charakterizuje angažovanost a rozvoj zaměstnanců jako nedílné součásti efektivnípráce.Jde o koncepci řízení lidských zdrojů, která představuje systém teoretických a metodických způsobů, které odhalí větší roli lidských zdrojů nejen jako ekonomický zdroj, který přináší zisk, ale také sociální hodnoty organizace. Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou angažovanosti, která je kvalitativním aspektem personálu a vyjadřuje pozitivní a respektující vztahy zaměstnanců k organizaci a její činnosti.V práci jsou také zkoumány teoretické a praktické aspekty všestranného rozvoje zaměstnanců organizace. Posuzuje se motivace zaměstnanců jako efektivní nástroj personálního řízení ve společnosti.V práci jsou zvýrazněny faktory, ovlivňující angažovanost, etapy práce spojené s rozvojem angažovanosti,identifikovány ukazatele angažovanosti. Specifikovány jsou takémetody a formy motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti a prokázány oblasti rozvoje kvalifikace zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The thesis characterizes engagement and staff development as an integral part of effective work. It is the concept of human resource management, which is a system of theoretical and methodological ways that reveal the increasing role of human resources, not only as an economic resource that brings a profit, but also the social values of the organization. The thesis deals with the role of commitment, which is the qualitative aspect of personnel and expresses the positive and respectful relations of staff to the organization and its activities. The thesis also examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the comprehensive development of the organization's staff. Assesses motivation of employees as an effective tool for personnel management in the company. The thesis highlighted the factors influencing exposure, leg work associated with the development of commitment, engagement identified indicators. Also, are the methods and forms of employee motivation in the company and proven development of skills of employees.
