V bakalárskej práci som sa sústredila na objasnenie samotného pojmu základného imania, jeho charakteristiku pre jednotlivé formy obchodných spoločností, jeho tvorbu a spôsob premeny menovitej hodnoty vkladov do imania a základného imania zo slovenskej meny na eurá.
