Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním teoretických východisek problematiky trendů v získávání zaměstnanců, na základě kterých uskuteční analýzu v Hako a.s. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů navrhne implementaci trendů do řízení lidských zdrojů v uvedené společnosti. Diplomová práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_02 ,,Management a marketing“.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the theoretical basis of the issue of trends in recruiting employees, on the basis of which it will carry out an analysis in Hako a.s. From the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews, he will propose the implementation of trends in human resource management in the company.
