Diplomová práce na téma "Místní a krajské referendum" je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. Z počátku jsou v práci popsány základní pojmy a historie přímé demokracie v České republice. Další kapitoly analyzují právní úpravu krajského a místního referenda v České republice a právní úpravu přímé demokracie na Slovensku. Poslední kapitoly jsou věnovány místnímu referendu, které se konalo v Plzni v roce 2013 …more
Abstract:
The thesis "Local and regional referendum" is divided in seven chapters. At the beginning there are described basic terms and history of straight democracy in the Czech Republic. Next chapters analyse acts of regional and local referendum in the Czech Republic and acts of straight democracy in Slovakia. The last chapters are devoted local referendum which performed in Pilsen in 2013.
