Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Psychologie osobnosti ve službách zpracovává pomocí kompilace a sumarizace základní poznatky o charakteristikách a složkách lidské osobnosti. Jejím cílem je prokázat zájem lidí pracujících v hotelnictví o školení v psychologických dovednostech. V praktické části proto zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření základní informace o těchto lidech a jejich zájemu o vzdělávání v psychologických dovednostech. Docház k závěru, že v hotelnictví pracují extrovertní povhy, které své povolání považují za stresové a mají zájem o školení týkající se práce s vlastní osobností. Z toho důvodu uvádí v návrhové části náměty školení v oblasti psychohygieny.

Abstract:

The dissertation Personality Psychology in Services processes using kompilation and summarization the basic themes about charakteristics and components of human personality. Its aim is to demonstrate the interest of selected executives from the hotel industry in training in the field of psychological skills. In the practical part finds using questionnaire the basic information about mentioned people and their interest in education in the field of psychological skills. The dissertation concludes that most employees in hospitality are extroverted natures, think that their work is stress and they have interest in training in work with their own personality. Hence it mentions topics of training in the field of mental health.
