Legal and ekonomics aspects of business closure
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a následně objasnit ekonomické i právnické aspekty, které doprovázejí vybranou společnost při ukončení podnikání a následném zániku. Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie, která zachycuje celý průběh likvidace spolu se všemi právními i ekonomickými aspekty.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and subsequently clarify the economic and legal aspects that accompany the selected company in the termination of business and subsequent demise. The practical part is processed in the form of a case study, which captures the entire course of liquidation, along with all legal and economic aspects.
