The issue of the needs of children placed in homes for children up the age of three years

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s potřebami dítěte umístěného v dětském domově pro děti do tří let věku a charakterizuje takovéto dítě ve věku od 0 do 3 let umístěné v dětském domově pro děti do tří let. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozdělení raného dětského věku a na obecné charakteristiky lidských potřeb a jejich klasifikaci. Dále se v teoretické části poukazuje na potřeby z hlediska sociálně ? pediatrického a možné varianty ohrožení vývoje dítěte. V praktické části bakalářské práce je popsána kazuistika, dnes již dvouletého chlapce, který byl polymorbidní, mentálně postižený a pro nezájem rodičů byl umístěn do dětského domova pro děti do tří let. Kazuistika se zabývá různými časovými úseky podle změn zdravotního stavu dítěte. V kazuistice jsou také sledovány změny v chování dítěte. Klíčová slova: dítě, potřeby, dětský domov, hydrocephalus, kazuistika.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide information on the needs of a child placed in a children?s home for children to the age of three and also to characterise such a child placed in a children?s home to the age of three. The thesis consists of a practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part focuses on the division of an early age of children and on the general characterisation and classification of human needs. This part also deals with the needs from the perspective of social pediatrics and the possible threats to the child development. The practical part provides a case report of a two-year old boy who was polymorbid and mentally handicapped and because of the lack of interest of his parents, he was placed to a children?s home for children to the age of three. The case report concentrates on various time spans according to the state of health of the child. The changes in behaviour of the child are also dealt with in the case report.
