Abstract:

Disertační práce si klade za cíl analýzu historického právního stavu specifické zemědělské činnosti – vinařství. Dalším cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře jak odborné, tak laické veřejnosti, s vinohradnickým a vinařským právem na území České republiky v celém jeho rozsahu. V první kapitole jsou představeny prameny a analyzován dosavadní stav výzkumu. Hlavní část práce představuje třetí a čtvrtá kapitola. Třetí kapitola předkládá diplomatickou studii dochovaných právních pramenů. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje edice vybraných dokladů viničního práva. Disertace dále obsahuje rejstřík jmenný a místní. Práce obsahuje také diferenční slovník s vybranými termíny z edice.

Abstract:

The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the historical legal status of specific agricultural activity – viticulture. The next goal is to introduce to the readers both, professionals and non-professionals, with viticulture and wine law of the Czech Republic in its full extensity. The available sources and presents overview of current research are introduced in the first chapter. The chapters III. and IV. contain the main part. The chapter III. is dealing with the case study of the diplomatic analysis. The chapter IV. is about the edition of selected vineyard orders. The dissertation contains further a register of names and local. This thesis includes a differential vocabulary of the selected terms from edition.
