Family as a factor in the development of behavioral disorders

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Rodina jako faktor rozvoje poruch chování má za cíl analýzu rizikových faktorů rozvoje poruch chování s podrobným rozborem rodiny jako faktoru rozvoje poruch chování a zjištění vlivu rodinného prostředí na rozvoj poruch chování. V teoretické části se věnuje vymezení pojmu poruchy chování, rizikovým faktorům ovlivňujícím jejich rozvoj, období adolescence i jeho rizikovým oblastem. Následující část teorie se podrobně zaměřuje na rodinu, její definici, krizi a funkce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje resilienci a protektivním faktorům. Empirická část shrnuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, při němž byla užita metoda popisné případové studie. Výzkumným vzorkem byla skupina 5 klientů pedagogicko – psychologické poradny. Cílem tohoto výzkumného šetření u klientů s výchovnými problémy nebo poruchami chování bylo odhalení rizikových faktorů v životě adolescentů s poruchou chování s důrazem na rodinné prostředí. U zkoumaných subjektů byly identifikovány různé rizikové faktory související s rozvojem poruch chování. U všech však byly zjištěny dysfunkce v rodinném prostředí. Na základě zjištěných informací, bylo konstatováno, že rodina při kumulativním efektu výrazně ovlivňuje rozvoj poruch chování i následnou intervenci.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis called ''Family as a Factor in the Development of Behavioral Disorders'' aims to analyse the risk factors for the development of behavioral disorders with a detailed analysis of the family as a factor in this development and to determine an influence of the family environment on the development of behavioral disorders. The theoretical part gives a definition of the behavioral disorder, risk factors influencing its development, adolescence and its risk areas. The following theoretical part focuses in detail on a family, its definition, crises and functions. The last chapter is devoted to resiliency and protective factors. The empirical section summarizes a qualitative research based on the descriptive case study method. The research sample was a group of 5 clients of the pedagogicalpsychological counseling centre. The research of these clients with behavioral problems or behavioral disorders was built on a detailed analysis of their documentation focusing on a detection of risk factors. Various risk factors associated with the development of behavioral disorders were identified in the examined subjects and for all of them there was also found a dysfunction in the family environment. Based on this information, it was stated that the family in combination with a cumulative effect significantly influences the development of behavioral disorders and subsequent intervention.
