Tato práce seznamuje s konceptem zeleného pracoviště a zeleného pracovníka. V teoretické části předkládané práce jsou představeny rysy zeleného pracoviště (mj. zelené budovy, kvalita vnitřního prostředí, environmentální prvky managementu) a koncept pro-environmentálního jednání (PEB) a jeho možné podoby (recyklace, úspory energií apod.). The presented work introduces the concept of a green workplace and a green worker. The theoretical part brings the features of a green workplace (including green buildings, indoor environmental quality, environmental elements of management) and the concept of pro-environmental behaviour (PEB) and its possible forms (recycling, en-ergy savings, etc.).
