Surgery for the instability of the CMC joint of a thumb, plus the contribution toward the improvement of an individual's quality of life
Abstract:
Teoretická část se komplexně zabývá problematikou nestabilit karpometakarpálního kloubu palce ruky. Popisuje, v jaké míře tato patologie ovlivňuje funkčnost ruky a jakým způsobem ovlivňuje kvalitu života. Dále uvádí škálu možných intervencí, kterými lze tento problém řešit. Výzkumná část se skládá z analýzy výsledků, získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The theoretical komponent deals with the complexities of the issues of the instabilities of a carpometacarpal (CMC) joint of a thumb. It describes at what point this pathology affects the function of a hand as well as the way the condition impacts on the quality of life of the sufferer.
