Defence of Consumers Against Misleading Practices
Abstract:
This desertation is focused on the protection of consumer rights. On the beginnig, there are definitions of basic terms like unfair competiton, consumers or competitors. Next passage relates to legal regulation of misleading practises The main task is to describe and analyze available means to defence of consumers against these misleading practises.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá ochranou práv spotrebiteľov v nekalej súťaži. V úvode sú definované základné pojmy ako nekalá súťaž či subjekty nekalej súťaže. Pojednávanie o českej i komunitárnej právnej úprave vybraných klamlivých praktík je ďalšou dôležitou časťou. Jadrom práce je analýza právnych i mimoprávnych prostriedkov ochrany spotrebiteľov proti zmieneným praktikám.
