Restructuring of the company under the supervision of financial analysis

Anotace:

Předmětem diplomové práce na téma „Restrukturalizace firmy pod dohledem finanční analýzy“ se stala strojírenská společnost a proces její restrukturalizace. K popsání procesu restrukturalizace nám poslouží i provedená finanční analýza v období let 2013 – 2017. První část práce je zaměřena na seznámení čtenáře s teoretickými východisky finanční analýzy a vymezení pojmu restrukturalizace. Ve stěžejní části diplomové práce pak bude analyzovaná společnost představena, analyzován proces restrukturalizace a provedena finanční analýza, která by měla poukázat na případné změny finančních ukazatelů z důvodu právě zmíněné restrukturalizace.

Abstract:

The goal of the diploma thesis „Restructuring of the company under the supervision of financial analysis“, is engineering company and its restructuring process. The financial analysis provides us a describing restructuring process from 2013 to 2017. The first part of the thesis is aim at theoretical background of financial analysis and definitions of the concept of restructuring. In the crucial part company is introduces, analyzed the restructuring process and the financial analysis is provided. That financial analysis should point at the changes of financial indicator caused by restructuring.
