Pracovní doba podle nového zákoníku práce

The Working Hours in the New Labour Code
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o pracovní době podle nového zákoníku práce. Jejím cílem je tedy popis a výklad jednotlivých institutů, jako je např. pracovní doba a její rozvržení, přestávka v práci, doba odpočinku, práce přesčas, noční práce, pracovní pohotovost. Všímá si také změn, ke kterým v novém zákoníku práce (zákon č. 262/2006 Sb.) došlo oproti předchozí normě (zákon č. 65/1965 Sb.)
Abstract:
This bachelor‘s report deals with working hours according to the new labour code. The aim is a description and interpretation of single institutions , for example working hours and a schedule, working break, rest time, overtime, nightwork and working aptitude.
