Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění efektivního náboru a následného umístění zaměstnance v podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši zaměřenou na nábor zaměstnanců a jeho systémy, na měření efektivity náboru a umístění zaměstnanců v podniku.
