Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na právní ochranu dětí v naší republice. Teoretická část je věnována výkladům podstatných pojmů a zákonů, které souvisí s právy dítěte. V praktické části se zabývám základními trestními činy, při kterých se dítě stává obětí nebo pachatelem nějakého činu. Abstract:
In my bachelor work I focus on legal protection of children in Czech Republic. The theoretic part is concerned with explanation of essential terms and laws related to child´s rights. In the practical part I deal with basic crimes, where a child is a victim or perpetrator.
