Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na vliv pochutin a sladkých nápojů na hyperaktivitu a obezitu dětí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku hyperaktivity, obezity, pochutin a sladkých nápojů a na jejich vliv na hyperaktivitu a obezitu dětí. Dále jsou zde popsány konkrétní projevy hyperaktivity a obezity a zvláštní výživa při těchto onemocněních. Jsou zde také uvedeny zásady správné výživy. V praktické části zjišťuji formou dotazníku konkrétní stravovací návyky dětí a je zde uve-deno vyhodnocení jejich odpovědí.

Abstract:

In my thesis I focus on effect of stimulants and sugary drinks on childhood obesity and hyperactivity. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part focused on the characteristic of hyperactivity, obesity, stimulants and sugary drinks and their effect on childhood hyperactivity and obesity. There are also described specific symptoms of hyperactivity and obesity and special foods in these diseases. There are also described the principles of good nutrition too. In the practical part I found specifics of eating habits of children by questionnaire and there is indicated evaluate their responses.
