Perception of Classroom Climate from the Perspective of Younger School Age Children and Their Pedagogues

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na klima školní třídy u dětí mladšího věku. V teoretické části si vymezíme pojmy, jako jsou klima třídy a klima školy, atmosféra a prostředí, tvorba příznivého klimatu. Dále si popíšeme determinanty a prvky klimatu. Zaměříme se na spolutvůrce klimatu a interakci učitele a žáka, vzájemné vztahy ve třídě a na participaci žáků. Praktická část je zaměřená na kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný na základní škole ve Zlínském kraji dotazníkovou formou MCI. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a jaké rozdíly existují ve vnímání klimatu v této třídě z hlediska aktuální i preferované formy z perspektivy žáků a učitele.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the school classroom climate of young children. In the theoretical part we will define concepts such as classroom climate and school climate, atmosphere and environment, creation of a favourable climate. Furthermore, we will describe the determinants and elements of climate. We will focus on the co-creators of the climate and the interaction between teacher and pupil, the interrelationships in the classroom and the participation of pupils. The practical part is focused on quantitative research carried out in a primary school in the Zlín region using the MCI questionnaire form. The aim of the work is to find out whether and what differences exist in the perception of the climate in this classroom in terms of actual and preferred form from the perspective of the pupils and the teacher.
